Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions 1. All consultations are performed by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Nandhini (License number #R1034241) upon receipt of the signed Initial Consultation Agreement. 2. The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, depending on the type of consultation chosen). 3. Unused time will not be a credit to the customer. 4. Nandhini will not answer any follow up questions after the consultation. 5. Recording of the consultation is not authorized. 6. Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled 3% transaction fee will not be refunded. However, the remaining fee will be refunded if cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. 7. Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled later than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. 8. Missed appointments will not be refunded. 9. Customers who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be refunded nor rescheduled. The appointment will be cancelled if the Customer is more than 15 minutes late. 10. By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information. 11. If the Immigration Consultant does not attend, due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Customer’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost to the client 12. By booking “Review before Submission of Permanent Residence case” consultation, the Customer understands and agrees that RCIC will provide only consultation service. RCIC will not act as an Authorized Representative and will not be held responsible for an outcome of the case.
